How to Order Online
Hello,
Thank you for your interest in the Special Events & Catering Department services. Our team of catering professionals is available to assist you with planning every aspect of your event. Should you desire a customized menu or have any special requests, we would be happy to assist.
If you’re looking for a custom menu outside of our regular catering offerings, just give us a call or email, and we’ll be happy to work with you to tailor a menu to your needs.

If the Catertrax page is locked, it means time slots are full. Please call the catering office directly for assistance.
Outside catering is allowed, but you must manage all logistics. Guckenheimer Catering cannot handle food they did not provide.
We can assist with table orders. Please provide at least 5 days’ notice. Rentals may be arranged if Alcon resources are unavailable.
Events outside regular hours incur labor charges:
$40/hr (Weekdays), $50/hr (Weekends) per server/culinarian.
Please store any remaining pre-packaged items appropriately.
48-hour notice for hot/specialty food; 24-hour for cold food. Late cancellations may be charged full price.
Labor and equipment rentals are the most common additional charges. Contact the catering office for details.
Pantry service is simplified delivery to your desk/office without setup. Available Thursdays & Fridays. Please order at least 72 hours in advance.
